Join me on a new meditation course

After leading many meetings (yoga, workshop, morning meditations) in the Mental strength week at the university of Konstanz, I came to this idea: and a new course for meditations and mindfulness practices is coming up. Every Friday morning at 9:30-10:00 we will meet for a short practice with little bit of explanations and some share & support talk.
